www.greenlightinsurance.com from the 3rd of March, changed vehicle over from on current policy with Adrian Flux then off to Greenlight. Under 1k with 3yrs NCB.
The standard cossie rims are on this at the moment, however im still contemplating a few sets of 18's its a chose between White 6 spoke Comps, Speedline 2020 in White and Speedline 2018 i think also in white.
As far as im led to believe this car is running stage 2 power with Motorsport Developments chip. I have been told its a stage 3 chip by RSNutter but sure he tells lies(only joking mate)
RS500 Intercooler is being ordered today then its off to A.I.Autosport next week, if that is when his rollers will be sorted for to get checked to make sure everything is running right.
Quality Morty, it's about time as i think it's the longest car purchase in history.
As far as i know it's a stage 3 chip with closed loop etc which should help with the petrol side of things. But it really needs the likes of an RS500 intercooler to be on the safe side.
If you are buying anything for it i highly recommend you speak to Stewart fom Motorsport Developments, he's great for advice and stocks basically everything. He owns passionford as far as i know too and writes alot of the technical articles in fast ford / performance ford.
Airforce one should be great when this 4x4 rolling road opens and he's good friends with Mark Shead, another Ford guru so should be handy
I can't remember what all Steven's car had but i'll have a spare set of Samco boost hoses (red) and a fair few other spares if you are stuck ever.
Stage 3 is more than enough though i think and then it's time to look at good brakes bla bla bla, i made the pure impulse buy up to the next stage last weekend and i'm kinda wishing i'd put the money towards stopping better
I also have specific cosworth data loggin software (IAW Monitor) from Motorsport Developments which works on both the L8 and P8 Ecu's (your's being a P8) so might be handy to use sometime. Although you'd need to get a serial cable as my one is hardwired into the car.
Apologies for a long post, i'm just glad to see this car out of the garage it was hibernating in!
