That might as well be a fonacab/valuecab taxi rank with the amount of them I see sitting in it.
Should get someone on a trials or dh bike to ride up over their bonnet, over their roof and off the back.
Take at least one day off from being a complete grinch

Well no cyclists have photographed it and posted it up claiming they cant get past, or had to wait for hours til it moved etc etc. The cyclists are too busy blocking the vehicle lanes elsewhere to realise ! lol

when are they going to wise up and make bays suit what society wants, 'larger bays'. ??

A good way to park like a cnut and not have someone park right up against your driver door stopping you getting back in.
I usually just take one of those spaces and park as close to the kerb as possible. Leave enough room and I usually come back to an empty space anyway
I would have got the Range Rover closer to the bumper so he was trapped in!
