Tailored to Pioneer's new DVD Cyber Navi software, this component is actually a complete control centre with a built-in AV Master, digital AM/FM tuner and DVD player. The motorised, high-quality touch panel display lets you manage the entire system from audio and video settings to navigation commands with a simple tap on the screen. The easy-tounderstand Graphical User Interface guides you through the most advanced settings step by step.
The AVH-P6500DVD is compatible with the latest digitally encoded discs: DVD-Video, DVD-R/RW, VideoCD, CD-R/RW and MP3. Connect the DEQ-P7000 to your AVH-P6500DVD and transform your car into a multi-channel surround “cinema on wheels”! The handy Dual Zone function splits your entertainment space in two: you can listen to music up front while your rear seat passengers enjoy a different AV source, like a DVD film.
Solid state sound is guaranteed with Pioneer's high-quality MOSFET 50 amplifier and you can hook up external amps on the 3 Hi-Volt pre-outs or add a DAB tuner, TV tuner or multi-CD player to complete your in-car system. For extra convenience: the 10-character sub-display shows the audio-visual status when the touch panel display is closed.
