It still has the original cable clutch
it takes my mechanic a looong time to do anything so if you guys know a decent one who doesn’t mess around that would be great!
To 20v it you'll need to use 16v or TDI engine mounts, handiest option for a gearbox is an 02a from a 16v, hydraulic clutch pedal swap if it doesn't have one, custom loom, immobilizer removed from the ecu, MK3 conversion downpipe, mount an intercooler and make up boost pipes.
Something from a mk3 will pretty much bolt in. You'll pay around £600 for the bits for a vr6 conversion. Something similar or a bit more for a 16v
