Recommendation on speed Camera Detector

I had a snooper sd815is, cost around £300 and was completely uselss as it bleeped at just about everything except speed cameras lol..

petrol stations and everything set it off, was most annoying so i sold it...

I cant remember the model I got but it was the cheapest 1! I dont know bout other cars but my 206 the battery plug extended right over the gear stick so it was a bollox. unless u get an adapter then it would work. But never mind that it made a few beebs though i didnt know if it were real or not.
