Remap Audi A3

Hi

I am thinking of getting my Audi A3 2.0 TDI 140 remapped.
I have had several cars done before by a different company. Can you pm me the price and gains if possible.

Got my A3 1.9 TDI Mapped today with Steven and have to say top service and amazing gains. These guys no there stuff and if there is any problems will stick with you till they are sorted...

My car is 90bhp A3.

I put 110bhp injectors into her.

Before dyno run - 113.2 BHP

After Remapped - 130.6BHP

Steven said if i change N75 Valve she will be sitting close to 140BHP...

140 to 175/180bhp is what you will get - anymore then you may have clutch/turbo issues

over 180bhp and your TC will flash all the time

175 would be great. Not looking for balls out power but low down torque to make the car nice and smooth.

the 2.0tdi is smooth anyway, just watch your low rev/gear changes as this will encourage slippage

McVicker in Drumbo mapped mine, he uses a vspire serial program , as boydie said, 170-180 is what you are looking, improved mpg greatly. Thats what he specialises in, mcvicker improves mpg for haulage and long distance driving vehicles!

Hes also a rally tuner.

He will run you car through the laptop and get you the best remap so that traction etc.. still work well.

You will find guys will just map your car to the max, not recommended! Clutch , overheating problems!

Well i went to see Ryan today to get my car remapped.

He did a before run and it turns out it is already mapped.

Print out shows 172.2BHP and 291.8 lbft.

Result there and save a bundle of cash not needing it done.

I had explained to Ryan that it was driving quick but supping the juice a bit.

Thanks to Ryan for the test and printout, at least he didn't just stick the laptop in and remap it and charge me the full amount.

Would recommend him to anyone.

Expect roughly 175-180bhp with around 300lb/ft torque

You could get a number of different things eg, clutch slip, blown turbo, burst boost/intercooler pipes etc... but not overly common, just depends on your driving style
