Repsol blade

I know there’s plenty of love on here for the blades!!

I Always fancied a repsol when they came out back in ‘04? But mostly stuck to my GSXRs among a few others !

Having surprisingly sold my track bike last wk end... thought of a few different bikes... but really found it hard looking past the 2013 blades...

Was looking an HRC colour one, but this repsol popped up locally and a deal was done last night... yoshi slip on, tail tidy, asv levers.


Have her popped away for winter, hopefully see some track action and who knows... maybe even European tarmac in 2021

New boots day.

first time I’ve actually sat on it! Lol. Don’t think you could ever get bored of how well a 1000cc superbike goes!!!! Just unreal.

earlier today... all clean

First run to scrub tyres...... perfect test.... dry, wet, damp... and snow... and I absolutely loved it... really surprised how well I gelled with it.

Big blade has had a couple of outings recently.

Track day at bishopscourt, performed flawlessly. Absolutely phenomenal bike on track.

and a week later she was in the highlands of Scotland... 1000 miles in 3 days, perfect weather too

Jury still out as to whether it’s a keeper or not... for a sports bike it’s hugely comfortable... but with my back, I really should get a sit up bike again....

Only ever likely to do 1 or 2 track days a year... and maybe 1 wk end away per year.... so hard to justify big ££
