Seemingly abandoned car (although taxed & MOT'd)

As the title suggests, there's a car seemingly abandoned right on a junction. It's been there for approximately 3 weeks.

Checked the reg & it appears to be taxed and MOT'd, so I'm guessing I don't really have a leg to stand on?

Are you looking it moved - report it.

I guess it would depend how close to the junction and if it causes an issue. Best option is report it to the Police tbh.

There was one at the bottom of our hill near the junction a while back, an audi a4 cab in decent nic, it sat for about a week then we seen the police at it and a notice appeared on the window giving a date for its removal or it would be impounded. It still sat there and was lifted once the deadline was up. It was taxed and mot'd

Ring your local council they can put a 7 day notice on the vehicle to get it moved or else it will be recovered
