From my 235i, plug and play. Same deal as a JB4. Made by local Dundonald company TMC and has bluetooth connection via an app to switch between 3 modes (maps).
Unplug 3 sensors in the engine bay and plug the supplied loom into them then the main plug into the box. No power source required or splicing wires/anything like that.
Defo made the car a lot nicer to drive, although I ran on the middle map all the time.
£275, considerably cheaper than the JB4 equivilent.
