You could put a turbo into basically any car, problem is, some cars will take to a turbo better than others, but then you have compression issues etc....not worth it if u ask me,if u want a turbo car, u may aswell jus sell your car and buy a turbo'd one...its a lot easier..

what is she? 2.0 8v 115 (plus) turbo?
she must sit close to the rad.
Was a real headache - Cosworth intercooler then the radiator + fan and the turbo had to sit out from the block as the actuator sat at the back of the turbo. Nightmare when I tried planning how to do it. I finally threw the head up and just got stuck in one day and done it. All came together nicely in the end.

Management? lol. It was a DFR engineering type management. (Do f***ing rightly) Basically I used the purply coloured multi-hole redtop injectors + upped the fuel pressure to around 3.5 bar. I had a cold start injector rigged up to an adjustible boost pressure switch to supply the rest. My good old state of the art motronic still ran the ignition which i would have eventually replaced with a micro dynamics ems5.

Bosch Injectors can loose control @ 4 bar + she idle'd bad enough @ 3.5. Lucas Injectors can take a little more ive heard, but that would have caused 2wice the hastle. Tell you what makes great reading - Forced Induction Performance Tuning by Graham Bell. Its the definitive guide to turbo charging and goes into great depth about every aspect of it. If I'd have bought this before doing the conversion, there are things I would have done differently.

Yeah you need 100% concentration to take any of it in. Tell you what though. Would love to have that Graham Bell guy about when im doing a bit of tuning. He really knows what he's talking about.
