Vintage traffic light question

Hello.
New to site as wanted some input regarding traffic lights I own. I am wanting to know the era of them so that i can sell them correctly.
They are forest city manchester in red. In good condition, the amber bulb has recently gone. The lights all come on at the same time and dont change.
Only wanting to sell as baby proofing the house.
I have tried researching but really need someones help who knows about this kind of thing.
