As per title. Must be ET52 or very close to it and 57.1mm centre bore. Condition I’m not fussed on as these will be track wheels so as long as they are straight and not cracked or welded.

Looking as cheap as possible. Without tyres is better also as they will be getting replaced.

Let me know if there’s anything about. Thanks

Barry

FYI my OEM 19's are forged and 9.7kg each which would be one of the lightest wheels you can get for the money (done my research :joy: )

They are ET49 though, would that make a huge difference?

Welcome to try them on as I have a spare set (not for sale)

Need to be careful on width too, not just offset. An 8J wheel is 9” wide, so even if you get an ET52 from an A3, because they are only 8” it will sit 13mm further into the arch.

I was hoping an 18” won’t have any clearance issues or rubbing, the 19s on it at the back have touched the arch once or twice on hard cornering but it’s not lowered afaik. 18s with a 40 tyre profile should leave a decent arch gap (hopefully)

I have a set of 18" RS6 (I think it's RS6) wheels that came off my A4. All straight but have touched a few kerbs in their day. I'll try and get some pics of them when I'm at my shed again.

These look well, came on Golf GTI's as an optional extra I think?

3 good budget tyres, one needs replacing. All straight, no repairs or cracks. Genuine Ronal stamped.

Any good for you?

It will be down to clearance on the brakes I would think Finn, I think I need a 9” wide wheel, although the lower offset might knock 10mm off that if you what I mean. Seems a bit of a head melt trying to get 18s that fit.

Any wheel experts that would know if they fit?

Where are you based Finn as I could trial fit one if you are close enough

Thanks

This is the clearance on the oem 19x9”, there’s about 5mm or so clearance there so I think a 9” wide rim is the only option.

I’ll probably just stick a Set of sticky tyres on the oem wheels for summer and swap back to the uniroyals in autumn, 18 and 19s are basically the same price anyway.

You should be able to pick up at set of 18” TT wheels for peanuts I would’ve thought? They are 9” too.

They would do the job @Lyons it’s just finding a set locally, there’s some on eBay but they want a strong price. I think I’ll just go for some track tyres on the 19s
