First time I put one car up and drove the other under I was closing my eyes and bracing lol. Not that it would have helped!

Finally got electrical issue on the project sorted and MOT booked, although earliest I could get was a month away so going to keep trying for a cancelation. Few ee jobs to do just to tidy it up.

after getting my clocks repairred, then tested and shown them working, then double checked by borrowing a set which wouldnt work in car either had narrowed fault to wiring. had a spark check it and he said the wiring is fine i think your clocks are fubared. got another set of clocks and its sorted!

Started throwing miles on this now I've her on the road. Still adjusting and fixing the little niggly things as it's her First time on the road since it's rebuild.

Also got it ready for track tomorrow.
Had to bodge together a knocking droplink, resecured the exhaust and a heatshield, looked at the rear brakes which are near end of life and then couldn't be bothered washing it as will only get dirty

After hitting refresh for 2or3hr managed to get

a test today! Long time coming, but all good happy boy!

A mate asked me if I'd take the vinyl graphics off his van, as he's looking to sell it. Worked at it on Friday night and Saturday, and good grief is it slow going. Heat gun, finger nails, Autosmart Tardis and a machine polish to remove the shading. The easiest thing would have been if I had access to an oven to put the van in for an hour. Would have been so much easier.

Anyhoo, turned out reasonably well.
