Where to get a vespa fixed??

As above got a 1965 vespa douglas sportique 150cc starts and runs fine but lights won't work of the AC side of the engine but works of the battery side just need someone that knows more about them than I do to have a good to see what's wrong or what needs fixed

Steve took in my old 2 stroke when not another person I oculd find would touch it when i told them what it is. Best time of year too as the 2nd time he had my bike was summer and I didn't get it back for ages as he was busy
