The odd time
As above who could sort these for me. Currently refurbing my blitz type 03 wheels for the skyline and about to rebuild the wheels again. Could order new but will only end up the same in time.

There’s a place in Bristol that I used for my dads celica bumpers, not cheap but a quality job and not the decoration chrome you get here! Think you have to be careful as some stainless can snap easily?

Could cost you more in petrol driving to somewhere local than just posting to England.
There's always a debate about stainless not being as strong but I doubt it's a problem. Plenty of people, including me, change brake disc bolts on motorcycles for stainless ones and that would be a pretty critical application.

Stainless in Aluminium can suffer electrolytic corrosion anyway, so is not a good choice either. But you can get high tensile stainless...although doubt that would even be really necessary for an application like that. There really wouldnt be huge loads on any of those bolts on a wheel

Maine doesn’t do chrome and the place in Mallusk that does galvanising is NK coatings who also don’t

TJ plating def do zinc and Nickel plating but not sure about chrome

I don't think there's anywhere in NI does chrome.

But comes back to the same thing....even if they did, they'd probably be very small scale and poorly equipped, so chances of a top notch job are slim. vs a company that properly specialises in all aspects of it

I know a friends dad that got a set of bumpers chromed for a jag by a company here, said they were complete rubbish, would have been safer off using a silver rattle can!

As previously stated, only decorative chrome done here from all my research, won’t last a crack in the outdoor elements never mind a winter, could try them out and see what happens.

Maybe just get some titanium bolts made...think that withstands corrosion pretty well and can be very strong.

Or speak to some of the existing split rim makers like Force or SC and see what they use ?

My work does chrome along with most other coatings, cadmium, nickel, zinc nickel, phosphate, hard and basic anodising etc.
But problem is any place similar to mine won’t be interested in messing around with a few bolts. Not worth the hassle and not worth potential bath contamination with unknown metals.
