So what's meant to be going on here @Big Pimp?

It was meant to be drainage in my back garden, but nowhere for it to drain to, and the drainage pipe strangely wasn’t letting the water run uphill....:

Oh dear looks ropey enough. Also remember it is soo wet this year but you should see a drain working afer a couple of dry days to be fair.

Aye, but it wasn’t able to drain uphill

No bacfkfill and the fall is back to front

Also the turf hadn’t taken any further than the turf itself, as in the roots hadn’t broken down into the topsoil which has now the consistency of clay

Have a patch 6x15ft that is a kind of half buried rockery that I'd like removed. Thinking about it as a summer job. I'm not too far away (Bangor).
