Mikko and Mads to restart under Rally2 today. Both i20s should be back too.

Seems like it was just a faulty alternator belt that put Mikkelsen out yesterday, so he'll be back.

Sordo is definitely back. Read that last night at 4am as my new d!ckhead neighbours kept me up with their partying.

SS6 stage times look back to front! (Perhaps JM and Seb have enough experience to try and get to the end instead of chasing times...)

Mikkelsen - 22:34.9
Latvala - 22:39.7 - +4.8
Ogier - 22:40.0 - +5.1

Meeke in 7th behind Neuville, Ostberg and Hirvonen (But still 3rd O/A)

Sordo retired on the road to SS7, unsure if he'll be able to rally2 tomorrow

edit: He lost 17 minutes on SS6 due to the same turbo issues as yesterday

Meeke had a 6L / Crest on his notes (flat out basically) and it wasn't a 6L, hit a bank and was VERY LUCKY in his words

Latvala / Ogier / Mikkelsen in SS7.

Meeke might be in trouble, Mikkelsen has climbed to 4th after SS7 (From 7th in SS6)

Sounds like Meeke survived a slap with a bank. Any damage?

Ogier's front left tyre centre rubber delaminated 1.5km from the end of SS8. And a spin too.

Latvala had a spin too according to rally radio, 5km into the stage. And stalled it too.

SS8 times:
1. Latvala - 22:30.8
2. Mikkelsen - 22:33.5
3. Ogier - 22:38.8

Some driving from the VW boys to still take top 3 stage times.

PMSL Meeke just got asked by Colin on radio about his horseshoe

he replied along the lines of "it's in my door pocket keeping it as close as possible, there is no horse sh1t on it so it's ok"

his funny remarks and sometimes naughty lingo really is bringing out the Emerald character in meeke this year

Best of Rally Live Leg 1, with Citroen 2CV and acoustic guitar intro:

Best of Rally Live Leg 2. Some of the super slow-mos show the big stresses tyres and suspension are on in this rally:
