Is It Correct that you never really own a registration as the dvla can take them back
I understand that I am in the minority but I really don't get changing reg plates on a car at all, maybe it stems from being brought up in the south where there is no such thing as personal plates.
I cant understand how people could want to spend money on 2 pieces of **** yellow and white plastic with different letters from the piece of plastic they currently have.

There's nothing more vulgar on a car than a personal plate.
They aren't my thing either! I know my car has in essence a personalised plate, but it was put on the car from new and wasn't a deciding factor for me buying the car.
Ive gave 1500-1600 for a couple of my plate but wouldn't fancy giving 10k. I suppose it's all relevent like. What's 1500 quid to me Is 50k to someone else. When I had the Fiesta I enquired about F13STA £10k , I politely declined
I had and lost R90CKO which I liked. I'll probably get another at some point.
I think that's on a Range Rover evoque round Armagh at the minuteI had and lost R90CKO which I liked. I'll probably get another at some point.
