Hoping to get back out this year. All funds going towards our trip to japan so its hard to justify!
Went for a wheel alignment a few weeks ago, they told me the inner tie rod/track rod end were seized on both sides. Replaced those yesterday with lemforder parts. While it was in the air, it would have been rude not to do the test pipes

Fairly straight forward. Some trouble with a stuck o2 sensor but got there with help from a mate with a blowtorch.
Met @McKay this evening to lift some spacers and he kindly sent me a little sound clip. I think it sounds great now tbh. Not too bad when cruising but under load, well...
You would never get bored of that sound my word that is a V8.

Finally got something else off the list. The felt undertray on these is awful, it sits down below the bumper level and catches on everything since it's lowered. There are some aftermarket titanium options, I went with this one from a company called Inc Motorsport, mainly as it was the only one in stock but they all seem much of a muchness (this one is 3 separate parts).
Got it fully fitted there today, nice bit of extra clearance expecially on speed bumps. You can see the first pic below the old felt cracked undertray and how low it sits.
And the replacement waiting to be bolted up:
It's just told me on the idrive it's due another oil service. I'll see how many miles it's been since I had it up with Colm Hyland and either drop it myself if it's interim or get it booked in.
