Are the engines not classed as consumables. Should have bought that GP @moglie has.

in a word yes, dont get me wrong they are brilliant engines when rebuilt most engines from 60k on will be burning oil, needing piston rings, and full head rebuild, factor in a clutch and timing chain and you have a strong engine that will run a conservative 250bhp all day long. The price is not bad at £7.5k which would make me think it mayhave issues. Be very wary and buy accordingly

plus seem they like to overheat and do heads ect due to no temp gauge and high temps before warning lights ect freind runs a good garage and is flat out at minis
