I've found the same, so possibly not as much of a placebo effect.First post of this thread:
Can only speak from my experiences from the “99” pumps in Bangor, but better MPG and car feels sharper (could be placebo).

Nope, 97 with Exocet Octimax added in its high concentration form.Did he not say it was 95 with additives ? Which would seem more likely within their supply chain.
Been there a long time now, early summer I think they started carrying it.This is excellent news - I assumed that 99 hadnt made it down this far, and this thread was just an occassional musing. I'll be heading to the Clandeboye Rd next fill up. Gotta support the good cause!
The 24h in cookstown recently got a facelift and I noticed 99 Ron advertised on their sign. Pulled in this evening for a look and there is a 99 Ron pump.

I noticed that the pumps at the Eglinton fuel station have the regular and super pumps, 95 on both with one saying regular and the other saying premium, E10 on them, then a separate pump on the stand with kero with 97 OCTANE written on it. No mention of E5 or E10, just 97 OCTANE. Anyone know what that's about ??
went to take a sneaky pump shot and noticed this in Comber other night
says 99 octane

A couple of times.Anyone used the super unleaded in the nicholl garage or is it just a con?
Well maybe not a con. But from what I could see was nothing on the pump saying the spec. Just said e5?A couple of times.
a con?
The Nicholls local to me have e5 97ron on the pump.Anyone used the super unleaded in the nicholl garage or is it just a con?
It’s proper 97 https://www.nicholloils.com/media/1140/document-3.pdfWell maybe not a con. But from what I could see was nothing on the pump saying the spec. Just said e5?
I pass that station regularly now. There is still temporary fencing on part of the forecourt and the sign has zeros where the super price would be so it doesn't look like it's there yet.Did the 99ron ever make an appearance in Ballyrobert near Ballyclare yet?
loughbrickland probably closest?Has this appeared on any forecourt of Solo in Lurgan/craigavon/pdown area as quite a number are around?
