First class, that truely is the nicest e34 in the world

Cheers Pete, you're too kind! At this rate the only thing it's going to be missing is power as everything else will have been changed!

Got quite a bit of pieces done for the engine bay lately. Through @PeteMoore I got a lot of stuff sent to powdertek for satin black and wrinkle black powdercoating, then I did some of the more delicate parts at home with a rattle can, the bits I've done aren't 100 percent perfect but they should be ok once all fitted.

Love E34, yours is a beauty.

Rough price on the powder-coating? Have about the same amount of bits to do.

Thanks! Best bet would be to contact Powdertek directly for a price as it'll likely change depending on what the bits are etc. I'm not too sure if the price for satin or wrinkle is different.

Back seats done now too.

Also got a new backbox. I got completely sickened by the non straight tailpipes. Surprised with the quality given that it's an eBay cheapo one from Germany.

Some more photos of the interior in progress. Just waiting on getting contacted to say it's ready, hopefully next week.

Got the engine all built up again, bits powdercoated wrinkle black and painted the head and sump silver and the block satin black. Happy enough with it, a bit fresher than the last time. New engine crane made it handier worked on too.

Also got all the bits and pieces out of the bay, ready to go to paint next week. It's going to be a tight build to get sorted for Dubshed!

Has to be one of the top modified cars in the north. Interior looks fantastic

Cheers Trev, not sure I'd go that far, but I'll not disagree (of its type :p) needs power asap!

Finally going to the painter on Sunday, and Optimus have just the dash top to finish, aiming for this weekend to finish....under a month to Dubshed, no pressure!

@PeteMoore at Broolfab sent me some photos of the update of the bulkhead panel, I'm over the moon with it, once all painted it'll look a lot more OEM than last year!

And it's back in. Happier with the brake and clutch lines this time too. Only a few more weeks to Dubshed so a bit of a push on. Also have to collect my interior. Hoping it'll be done in time!

All the interior done, my dad's currently sitting in cairnryan bringing it all back. Cannot wait to get stuck in to fitting it.

And got the front end all built up barring finishing the wiring and getting it running. Going to run a full of oil through it and then change filter and oil just to be sure there's no bits of powdercoat or blasting media floating around.

Had the usual rush to get the car ready for Dubshed, but got there in the end, with help from @jayme

Also got the interior in, which is a process I don't want to have to do again in a hurry as the leather made everything a bit tight to put together but we got it done with minimal damage.

Got asked to go onto the Autofinesse stand, I'm a big fan of their products so had no complaints at that.

Came home with a top 25 award too, so chuffed with that. Dubshed was great as normal, aside from the amount of people incapable of looking with their eyes, shocking amount of finger prints on the front wings and engine bay, but doesn't seem to be any damage done.

Next show will be the Midlands one in Kilbeggan next month so can use that as a shakedown for the car before Players Classic in June. There's a fairly unpleasant noise from the gearbox on occasion which is a bit concerning, going into gear fine though. I also need to buy mats for it.

I can finally say it's done aside from maintenance and less exciting things like polybushing the rest of the suspension etc...that is until my 205 is done and I can justify sorting a proper engine setup!
