nope all thats been added since then is a bigger cooler.The fq 400 isnt confirmed as yet but will have a 50g price tag and no waranty. i got mine over 500 for lots less :laughing:

Thats the one, he has alot of plans for it, starting from Monday it will be off the road... Even more Carbon fibre, and engine work.. :mrgreen:

money may not be an object but to get another 60bhp out of that car im not kidding you need to spend another £20,000 FACT....and if i was him i would just wait until the FQ400 is out....altho it is gonna be around £50,000

shold b good fun when your cars all ready then x2 400 bhp cars both 4wd both turbo!!!!should do a sprint then a twisty road ,cause anyone can drive in a straight line!!

I have to get to 400+ first buddy,i dont have unlimited funds like some people....definatly be up for a bit of track day fun....ill have a go at him up at bishopscourt at some point jus for a bit of craic...

thats it man all good craic the nos powered mr2turbo will b out very very soon another force not 2 b messed with 300bhp without the nos rear wheel drive , should b fun!!!the standard mr2 turbo was quickest production car out of japan til the honda nsx beat it! 2 top of the list!!!

all the tuning parts for the fq are the same as the rest.if this guy is serious about getting to 400 he will need to replace pistons and rods before he begins,it will not take 20 grand as sugested,i took mine from std 280 to 530 for about 14K.

if he wants a list of what he'll nedd pm me :laughing: :laughing:

Are you sure its the same parts??the upgradable pistons are cosworth ones arent they?

Skiman theres lots of different pistons available,avoid the cossy piston as the cold piston knock is brutal with them.the skirts are just a tad to small.The jun pistons are actually restamped cossy ones at twice the price so avoid these too.i personally am using ross which i brought in from the states,either these or Je are probably your best bet.if there going over 700 brake the only rods id use would be the Jun ones although they aint cheap.
The only reason i stoped at 530 is because i want a good road car and a bigger turbo would just be horid to drive, although it would easily make much more power with my engine.I have 480 lbft aswell so its a nice balance the way it is.

I honestly dont believe that you have 530bhp....dunno why....your gonna have to grove me wrong...
