Collecting the interior tomorrow, collecting the car monday evening
Tuesday i'll get the doors an bootlid off then get a mate to drop them off to the body shop for prep an paint
hopefully make a start on removing the interior, as for the dash swap i want to do that in 1 go, 1 dash out an other set in at the same time as its a pig of a job with the amount of wires
a mate also has gsi recaro's from a GSI vectra B, i wanna test fit them an see how they look, failing that im lifting turbo front seats tomorrow along with the black dash

Cams arrived yesterday

And today I took the Range Rover up to cavalier heaven an lifted a few bits
In there there are a black dash and all interior pieces an turbo leather
2 sets of Wing mirrors, gsi grille for the red cavalier
2 steering columns, gsi headlights an indicators, an all carpets

And a spoiler that looks very close to BTCC spoiler. I’ll unload tomorrow after work and take pics of what’s there and I’m lifting the cav tomorrow also

Fella coming to fit cams, an timing belt kit while it’s on the floor

Waiting on a fuel hose fitting an hopefully should be good to go

Just over an hour. Few tricky hidden bolts an loads of ties holding chunks of loom were you couldn see but it’s out

Hopefully tomorrow I’ll get the rear interior an carpets pulled an fit dark interior an turbo leather, if I have time I’ll get a start on the digi dash

Just a mk2 Astra GTE dash modified to a mk3 cavalier housing

Wanted something to suit the age of the car. And a bit motorsport material. They are super light also. Think my 16” turbo are heavier
