Pretty new on here so hope im posting in the right place. I need a clutch/ DM flywheel job done on a b6 s4. Im hoping some enthusiests on here might be able to point me in the right direction. Just want someone who knows these cars and will do the job right. Ive tried Walshes in Belfast but their snowed under with work, any help is appreciated.

I’ve used Paul in the past replacing all gaskets and carbon clean, he is a good man to go to but he gets very busy also, I couldn’t get through to him yesterday. I’ve contacted Burns garage at Sheepbridge, who I didn’t know specialised in Audi. They’ve given me a fair quote and I’ve found them good in the past with other runarounds I’ve had and they can do the job as soon as Monday or Tuesday. Il update on how it goes. Thanks for all the feedback

I spotted this a few weeks back at pauls lovely car and sounds well.
I was speaking to Burns there and Im guessing by the sounds of it its well under way. If your interested we are heading to Dundalk Cars and Coffee this sunday we could meet you along the way.

Hoping to get the car back by the weekend, they had to get a bit of work done on the subframe that’ll stall the job a bit, but all goin well I’d like to meet up for Dundalk, cheers.
Thanks alot the RS6 is such a lovely car to drive but its also scary fast. I dont think ive fell in love with it just yet as i still miss driving the RS4 but time will tell.
I was speaking to Linda in burns yesterday and she was telling me its under the knife the Clutch was done and the subframe was away for repair.
I will give you a shout on Friday to arrange meeting up as @quattro Rick is also meeting us in Newry.

Not gonna be able to make it this weekend, the subframe is beyond repair. Myself and Burns’ have been looking for a used one in good nik all afternoon and the best one we’ve found is Germany so il prob wont arrive till late next week. It must be a common fault on these as the scrap yards are full of rotten ones.
I’ll get up to the next one def. i wanna check out ur cars, ive been planning on getting an Rs 4 avant for a while so it would be great to get talkin to you about them for some advice. Enjoy the meet!

Not sure tbh. The part numbers i need are either 8e0399313bg or 8e0399313am. Has to be of a quattro. Over a grand new and most used ones are rotted out.
