I considered one a few years ago but there was too many unreliable additions.

As far as I remember, the engine sits further back and lower than a regular 320i

And by all accounts, probably not on the original engine either. I’d read an article years ago, probably still have the magazine, and it said they had been so fragile most owners needed new engines within a few years.

Edited to add - found the magazine, by coincidence it has a 2024 price prediction of £8k.

Seen a few for sale on auto trader from time to time, a quick remap and see how much of the rs bodykit fits and you've a perfect fast dog wagon!
