Does it take scraping/banging/chipping well? I might well get the whole underneath done because what I plan to do with this thing isn't exactly going to be easy on the underside
Few reasons... Firstly because it was green in the log book and all the door shuts, etc were still green and also because it needed to be cheap, easily applied and touched up, etc. I also spotted this one on the 4wd forums and thought it looked good:
I'd toyed with RAF blue but decided to go green for now. I might change the colour next year though. It's only £80 a go
Nah no posing though still not entirely sure what I'll do with it. Something motorsporty anyway. We're probably going to do the scallyrally in it next year as well as get her down to Bishopscourt once I get funds and a differential sorted.
I recognise that other NATO green one above, in fact I almost bought it, guy on retro rides was selling it 6 months or so back, but that's an old photo of it.
Wheel choice is key at this stage coog but this has the potential to be special!
PS - Where did you get the paint and how much was it? I've the body sorted on the Tata and want to MOT it over Christmas, but the cab's a bit fusty on it and I don't fancy spraying it.
