yes i like a clean car but has already been stated before there already are various specialist sites that cater for people of that persuation, perhaps a how to guide compiled by the likes of lenny, baz which could be added to the front of the site.

Although i cannot speak for them, i'm sure lenny and baz will be only too happy to answer any further queries via pm that are not addressed in a how to guide.

To go and create a whole new section to me seems more than a bit ott.

Ok, seriously, I've had a look at the detailing threads and yes its mostly in the last month or so they've really started to infect various sections of the forum. Great.

So RMS will get a detailing forum. Today. I will move any relevant threads into it. And I'll be on the lookout for a new moderator for the section.

But there's a catch. And a great one at that. We'll be doing a head to toe how to guide for the site. And those we hail here as the great detailers of RMS, who spend their nights claying will help produce this guide.

Oh, and did I mention the car we'll be detailing? That would be mine
