so while i finished a bit off welding and grinding on the sills


i gave him the task off making the bottle mount and getting it bolted in to place

so now he has it bolted to the tunnel i can concentrate on the front mount and starting to route pipe work

he also got stuck in to the dash wiring

i only have a few small bits more that need welded thank goodness

after waiting a while on this wee bearing it’s basically because i am running a fwd engine to the back wheels the omega box needs a first motion shaft idler bearing

they are a fiddly we bugger and i have broken a few off them in the past

here it is in its happy place

now to get all this screwed together and hope it works

one off the things that has been annoying me and i know it’s a fiddly time consuming number is the passenger head light metal work so here we go again

and as usuall when you tackle something on this van you find the bit behind it is rotten aswell

now on to the other side

and the we made a strut brace and i for got to take pics as wel went along

no one has noticed i have fitted a front splitter from completely a different vehicle and it fits and looks like it should be there
