Ive been driving my mum's Volvo since I was about 19/coming 20 lol

@AndyMc have you any pics of the LPG tank where it is? Interested just to see how it looks in the car?

Because I am too lazy to leave my office, open the boot and take said pictures at the minute.

Here are some google images that answer your question.

Only real downside is not being able to carry a spare wheel, but then again I'm not sure how much use this would be anyway.

Tin of tyre weld and a compressor will do most jobs.

Didn't see this before! Great car. Had T5 in this shape of v70 and an 850 R, so a big fan of Swedish brick barges! I never warmed to the geartronic box in the T5 though. How do you find it in the R?

Quite enjoy the geartronic, but it will never quite compare to having a manual. Car ate up the miles over the last week or so and the geartronic was great for the 4/ 5 hour drive to the west coast.

As for traffic branch, cars definitely seem to move out of the way when you come up on their rear bumper, definitely not a bad thing...

That is one good looking Volvo.

I have no complaints about my geartronic, when you consider how the car is used most of the time.....for floating about on normal roads or just to get somewhere its perfect. Its only when you want to have a rake that its not quite as good as a manual, but I have no complaints about the manual mode either..... My next car will most likely be an auto too.... I quite like the lazy approach

Flipping love that!

Get those headlights opened and paint the chrome though, they look like aftermarket units they're so bright against all the black!

Cheers Warren, @Lyons I don't think the lights are as bad in the flesh think they just look aftermarket in that last picture due to photoshop wizardry.

Will update this thread with a few more pictures from my trip to the west coast once I get them off @warninglight

Got the rears tinted and ipod/bluetooth kit fitted just before I headed away so the to do list is slowly getting smaller!! (For now)

Just a wee update of a trip over to the West Coast at the start of September. Alloys and windows tinted (also cracked an alloy on this trip). Have a replacement alloy here to get painted up the same as what's on it.
Next on the list after that is a paint correction to get her sitting nice.

Cheers guys. Can't take credit for the photos that goes to @warninglight
Car definitely looked well even when it was bogging, need to get it cleaned and get some proper photos done.
Car is definitely a rocket in disguise, have been tempted to debadge to complete the sleeper look but can't bring myself to do it.

Photos were taken on Achill Island off the coast of mayo. Largest island we have and is connected by a bridge.
It's an amazing place when you get the weather but by fook is it miserable most of the year round. Some great views and roads on it (with standard southern quality) and the garda are only on it about an hr a week. :innocent:

Its in Ireland  Thats the only thing puts me off going down there, the scenery is amazing on the whole, but only if you have the weather. Which lets face it....theres a good 90% chance it will be miserable lol

May have to visit there next summer though...maybe

Is there a car in the above pics? I didn't notice...

It is a beautiful part of the world we have the fortune of living in.

The above are case in point.
