Recommend Me A Good Double Din Head Unit?

Im back to considering a 7" android tablet mounted in dash. cheap as chips for what you get (audio/video/nav etc)

Plus you can impress/confuse people when you tell people you managed to fit an entire android in your car

Hi guys Phil from Vehicle integration in Portadown here formally Audio Advice with ref to this post the pioneer app radio is rubbish we are big pioneer dealers and this unit has been a complete let down for both us and pioneer uk.
Stick to the new avh 1400/2400 and 4400 and u can't go wrong we have all 3 in stock and can do u a great deal if u want

Is it just a pointless stereo ? the app one? or is it just slow?
