Not Porsche related but is there a search function on "Collecting Cars"? I can't seem to find any and it's a bit much wading through everything.

I've had a few spins ion the Casyman R now and have to say it's pretty bloody good. Definitely as great B road car as owners keep going on about.
The 987 gen 1 engine has more character than the gen 2 though if that's ther right word. The gen 2 engine is smoother, more revvy and obviouly more modern design but it's quieter in cabin. You really need Porsche Sports Exhaust with a gen 2 IMO.

Thank god it's got PSE...but I keep looking at Cargraphic.
Apparently these really like aftermarket manifolds and 200 cell Cats.

OK, good weather forecast this weekend --- get your Porsches out...
A group of us are meeting This Sunday, 9am sharpish at Sprucefield McDonald's car park.
Currently planning to do the Comber - Newtownards - Strangford - Newcastle - Kilkeel - Spelg Dam - Rostrevor - etc. circuit (but open to suggestions).
Looks like we have some air-cooled, GT4 and Cayman R in the mix already...

Obv so much nicer over the 991/992 standard turbo engine with an exhaust. But just didn't realise how much nicer. Real racey
