I disagree. The reverse grids really liven up race 2.. If you're good enough to qualify pole and win R1 you're good enough to fight through the pack in R2

To be moved from first to 9th is a little overkill, I think. To get away in a timed practice without traffic to set a time for a race start, or to have to pass 8 other top flight riders in order to win a race, are two very different circumstances.
