I had Louis remove some scratches from my Type R and he did a top job and was very easy paid indeed. Will be getting him to give the car the full treatment in the future (y)

its debit cards mate ;)

i take it the £20 engine clean is basically power wash the ****e out if it? my own bay is fairly clean, but i really dont have time to get right in there and mint it. is that service available? i`ve a massive fear of power washing engines as well.

some nice examples of work there. good shines :grinning:

Cheers, will have to change that... oops

The engine bay will be covering up any electrics, degrease and use some all purpose cleaner to get rid of the grime then rinse off with low pressure (high pressure is safe enough but usually no need).

Then polish any metal/paint and wax/protect metal & plastics, usually no more than an hour in it but usually something only offered with another service but can make an exception. (y)

This is owned by a member on here, I don't have finished pics as batteries expired half way!

PC was used for this detail for a change as the paint in most places was fairly soft. Mixture of #80 and #83 with megs polishing pads.

I dunno how you drive a 1.9d version of that van... we had one and it was terrible! Detailing work looks well though - I wish I had the patience to do that sort of thing.
