The X5 is a year old today. Pics from picking up & 13000 miles later earlier today after a good clean!

Hoovered, glass cleaned and plastics slicked.
Going to attack the outside tomorrow morning before the family is up for some peace and quiet

Started getting this ready for MOT today, hasn't been moved in about a year and a half, so far just looks like 2 front springs and likely top mounts. Can't be bad to that!
Needs a wee bit of a clean though!

Have my aunt/uncles car over for a 'For Sale' prep, wash, polish, hoover job. Swirls on the paint were mental. I'm not trying to get the paint perfect at all, just get it freshened up a bit and get the bad look off it.

Wheel cleaner and Wheel Woolies then Pruged was the first job, followed up by the engine bay cleaned and dressed. Car was then sprayed down with Articulate and foamed over with UltraFoam. Hosed down then 2BM was with Gleam. Ultragloss to help dry the car, then Tarminator was followed by an AG clay bar. This then let me tackle the paint with a 1 stage 'correction' (I use this term very loosely, as I'm a novice) with the Rupes LHR15, Megs MF pad with Megs D300 and then finished off with C2V3.

Provided it's dry tomorrow, left to do is the roof and passenger side, before tackling the inside, dress the tyres then take a few photos and put up a For Sale ad.
