Cured a rattle on the mk4 which has been plaguing me from day one of ownership. One of the exhaust mounts. 5mins work and no cost, and the rattle is gone

Took the MR2 to a cars and coffee at Modern Tyres in Ballyclare and got caught speeding by a sneaky ****ing speed camera.... but I can't complain as I was speeding and I've got lucky in the past.

Also have started getting the mighty Swift ready for MOT and fixed a few bits i never got round to before the girlfriend got her hands on it.

Got fed up of the front of the E60 knocking and banging over potholes with it being to low

Msport suspension fitted
Front passenger wheel bearing fitted also, so much better, can actually hear the radio now

Left it in for a service in Agnews as it was part of the deal when we bought it. Temporary showroom was packed, must get very warm but driver was telling us it will be worth the wait

Also, requested they do not wash it and they put this on which was a nice touch

Dropped by Ollie at Source In-Car with the Estima to upgrade some entertainment for the kids. Rear Alpine screen will keep them happy on long road trips. Top job as always

I asked Audi Belfast to not wash my A3 around 8 years ago for an air con re gas and they hung a similar thing on the rear view

I just think most customers are happy to see their car washed when they leave it to a dealer

Ever since I got the car its had a sheeite heater. Always suspected the thermostat but never could find the time to get confirm it with the hidden menus. Finally measured it and it was only ever hitting 60oC. No wonder there was no heat, and probably not helping the mpg either!

So I finally fitted a new thermostat and egr thermostat amd now I have a constant 90oC as per normal. Woohoo!

In the process of all this I discovered the clip retaining the boost pipe at the egr valve was fecked and it must have been losing serious boost yo! @Alexmck sorted me out with a clip and now the big girl is back to full health

I’ve had very few dealing with Agnews tbh but when I have, they’ve always been sound.

I understand things can go wrong but dealing with the public makes me give people a bit of slack sometimes.

I blitzed the car Saturday morning and hadn’t driven it until today so it was spotless anyway lol.

How do you find those brake discs?

I've them on my E36 and find they constantly squeal which I'm guessing is down to the grooves going in opposite directions as opposed to the usual uniform direction they usually follow
