i think thats you being nice ? funny enough the bora had a few obscure type things about it,the pedal box could be moved by hydraulics, the roof was brushed aluminium because it was supposed to reflect the heat and the bora must have been one of the few or only supercar that had hubcaps.

Was built on a De Tomaso Vallelunga running gear (De Tomaso ran Maserati then) but was only a static display.

been reading about group b rallycars and some that didnt get made,one was this mid engined alfa sprint.

off topic a bit but based on the alfa sprint a couple of aussies built a car called giacattolo group b with an alfa engine which didnt work out so they stuck a holden 5 litre v8 in it.

They charged him 3 million for that and it doesn't look as good as a 458 Italia. I think it is a homage to the Berlinetta Boxer; has some of its styling cues. For 3 million a flat 12 might have been in order too.

Those were prohibitively expensive because Zagato had to strip down Integrales to build them as Lancia did not sanction it.

yes i'm sure it was the 512 berlinetta boxer he wanted to copy into his car,i think the glickenhaus car which he wanted to resemble the 60's 330 racecar is a far nicer one off and so is the ferrari 575gtz that was built for a japanese collector.

The P4/5 is a masterpiece. So much more beautiful than the Enzo it's based on!

Here's a 330 P3 replica at Carrickfergus. Wheels and mirror are a give away.
