The mx5 looks bewildered having a friend lol or maybe it’s worried it’s next for the rust inspection lol. Not too bad at all for an older ford.
This was my last one. It’s a facelift but pretty much still the same inside. 2.0Si. Again as @roverspeed said it used nearly as much oil as petrol! LolView attachment 289003
Is that the strut tower still stuck to that shock you've pulled out? Or is that just the top mount?
Got a pic of the turret? If that's all there is it'd be easy enough sorted tbh.I think it's a mixture off both top mount is completely gone but also think the turret is stuck to it too
The pic is off inside the turret from today and there's a pic on a previous post off the out side but now there's no shock there it's about soft and is just falling apart if that makes senseGot a pic of the turret? If that's all there is it'd be easy enough sorted tbh.

Going to call into a few place on Monday after work for prices to see if it's worth spending the money on or not
Ah that's just the top mount then. Just have to replace them but won't be too expensive. I thought for a moment the whole turret had come off and that was it stuck to the top mount.
The turret is also rotten and is needing replaced
Flip just looked at it more carefully there and see what you mean..didn't notice the hole, thought that was just grease and dirt. Other side alright?
Unfortunately yesYou breaking the car now??
