pallet finally arrived from Tasmania. very happy with the interior now. additional holes on the wheels welded up, just require polishing to complete. Engine should be arriving this week too so things should get moving now. Made up the brake pipes last night and connected the handbrake.

also I apologise for the poor quality pics. the phone, light in the garage and poor cameraman wouldn't help the cause.

Thanks. Aye pretty much just get it running, sort the electrics and tidy up a few areas and she'll be ready for the road

Thanks Ian. Would have perferred a much cleaner finish o the engine bay and interior but I'll take a couple of winters to sort that once I get it on the road.

Sorry guys for the lack of updates.

As its stands,
the engine now runs, just need to get fuel connected.
front and rear lights now working
dash lights, horn and wipers work.

fitted lexus is200 starter motor, 20v alternator, Jap radiator, twincam 16v radiator fans.
Will post a couple of pics shortly although the progress isn't too visable.

awh I no Andy. the orange one belongs to a friend that I wanted to get stripped and ready to go to bodywork. the red is a donor for both cars.
gona spend as much time as I can to get mine onto the road this year

Sorry folks. Don't really do much updating unfortunately.
Anyways. Went down the route of fitting a 20v engine. 3 engines later I had to accept the fact the 16v 4age was the safer option. First engine was down on Compression,second had a botch job on the frost plug and 3rd run well but overfuelled like mad. Anyways I have a 4age now fitted from a very well known twin cam and running well.
Very odd being able to drive this car for the first time but glad to finally be at this stage.
Car is currently getting the roof, floor, pillars and dash all retimmed and should hopefuy be back with me by the end of the week.
