I dont think I have ever seen disabled spaces that small. You could be right, there does seem to be something sitting on the dash, so it could be the blue badge

You'd only need such space if you were a chair user or exceptionally large. There is no chair thing on the roof and it's a 3 door. Id say usual bad parking as they don't want their doors hit and the badge belongs to their nan
