Half the fun of an MX5, is wringing it's neck. You don't need to be going ultra-fast in one to enjoy the driving involvement

Fresh bushes etc, maybe some bracing like frog legs?

Thought about beefing up the front anti roll bar... Mazda MX5 (01-05) Racing Beat TUBULAR FRONT Sway Bar) # 54106

Mines a mk2.5 and has a fair amount of bracing, plus I've added Jass Performance rails:

Mate, keep that. At this stage, most MX5's are like a Weetabix underneath

Yeah you’d be mad selling that. Get yourself a cheap daily to go along side and the mx5 will feel special each time

Well, I went for milk this morning and came back 1 1/2 hours later.... with no milk

Going to hold off and get some miles under me.
