Because I'm a member of the IAM, Adelaide will beat any quote I get. They weren't able to quote me last year though because the TT had too high an insurance group for my age apparently?! It seems this year they can though (y).

I got the next best price from 1st Central using compare NI.

Yeah 1st central seem pretty well priced when I've been shopping about, no one else seems to be able to touch them apart from zenith and octagon - they get some really bad reviews though...

Greenlight quoted me £586.00

My quote from 1st central has no breakdown cover or motor legal protection, but everything else and a £250 voluntary excess

No compulsory Excess

Axa quoted me a few mins ago and they thought my car initially was a clubsport and it came in at £399.99, when I corrected that to a CI Sport it went up to £430.00 WTF!! Its the same feckin car except the clubsport has the sound deadening removed and a bloody spoiler!!

Burt I hope you have at least a years experience steering from the rear ;)

lol ive plenty of steering with all 4 wheels, the evo was good for that.....the M3 just wants to light the rears though, with the DSC off when it comes on power at high revs in 2nd its wanting to kick the tail out and thats with nearly new michelin pilots on the 19's!

LOL!! Luv it! The 350z's are tail happy too and eat tyres just as bad as the E46 M3's

The 330 is a tame lump in comparison to the M3 but it's great craic when the DSC is off around bends and keeps you on your toes when I have the snow tyres on the rears

apparently we're to get snow tonight, if so you'll have some craic on the road tomorrow if she's your daily driver LOL!!
