You wouldn't expect bolts to come loose like that from a professional builder... Certainly not bolts like that, in places like that...
Car rocks though
I finished the last 9hr's of an endurance race with Red Loctite holding the stripped crankshaft bolt. That stuff doesn't come loose.Hard to imagine loctite coming loose; especially the red permanent stuff. Unless the threads were oily when it was applied

Haha... nothing says 'stay bitch' more than a dose of glue and a dugga-dugga!I guess it depends how much and how much heat ? And the "overtorque" aspect doesnt really sound appealing. Fasteners are designed to work within certain ranges.
Very unusual for such a bolt to come loose. That said, I know I've just buzzed mine up with a rattle gun and loctite as they're a ballix to hold to torque lol. But never had one come undone
So i 'had' to take a few days away from the TR7 to get this truck back together again..
Gearbox and Diff Rebuild, No Damage to either luckily.. New Bearings into the Diff etc. Win!

I Had to then Rip out the fuel system again, i had borrowed a swirl pot, high and low pressure fuel pumps to try and resolve a miss fire last day out, which it did so i then i had to neatly rather than loosely install some new parts of my own and install the rebuilt gearbox, yesterday was a long day!
Got out testing today, did approx 25laps - It was a different experience driving the sequential gearbox without the blip and flat shift modules but the lap times where blistering so i'm really looking forward to this Saturdays GT Race at Kirkistown,..
Due to popular demand here is a few laps on Board..
Sub 60’s where a breeze! Touched into the 57’s today! I knew it was in the car but I expected it to take more seat time
That is mega! Sounds like a 90s btcc car
What speed is that going through debtors at lol?
It's close to being the perfect weapon for kirky.
I'd love to have a go in something like a re-engineered 37S Crossle with a proper engine and sequential box.
