Filtering between 2 lanes of traffic or in a bus lane (legally) or actually undertaking in a hard shoulder? (Illegal)

Only 2 lanes in moira main street, no bus lane or hard shoulder (bar near the roundabout) - was illegal what he was doing anyway

He/She is a cock then. There are some legal actions you can take on a bike that cars can't. I was stopped by police for being in a bus lane many, many years ago outside the DUB training facilities. The officer then swooped off with his tail between his legs after his colleague explained that I was entitled to be in it 🤭

Driving down the m1 into Belfast this am, a new black Passat was in front of me. Kept going really slow when nothing in front of him, switched lanes and got up along side him and the prat was sitting texting flat out. A swift get off your phone out the window left him red faced.

- Driving into lurgan and the woman in front drifted into the opposite lane at a roundabout because she was fixing her hair with both hands while driving

- heading towards Nutts corner, petrol station on left, van in front indicating and moving towards hard shoulder to enter the petrol station. I see it, leave plenty of distance and move slightly to the right so I don't have to slow down. Car behind me doing the same, another van pulling out of the petrol station doesn't look further than the van pulling in and just moves out into my lane while I'm doing about 45mph. Couldn't even slam on the brakes because the car being me was doing what I was doing. Had to overtake the van and beeped my horn and he had the cheek to beep back

Didn't annoy me but couldn't believe it yesterday on way home on the Comber/Hillsborough Road coming into Carryduff

If anyone knows this road, it can be quite fast if clear, its twisty, bumpy with plenty of blind corners, etc... basically a nice B road for a blast

Anyway, thankfully I was just cruising along in traffic but I was shocked to see an absolute muppet on an electric scooter heading to Carryduff on the main road

No hi vis, no helmet, no protection what so ever, head phones on, DGAF, etc... 😳

I drove down into Carryduff and first time I have seen Police speed checking there so pulled over and reported it to them - hopefully they did something about it 🙄

The “it’s dark in the morning but I’m not going to use my lights Brigade’ out in force. Or those with auto lights and I’ll just think the DRLs are sufficient.

And the girl in the Yaris along the A2 at Jordanstown this morning towards Belfast texting away like a wee MoFo head down into door. It’s so obvious - what else in down there?! Porn pics?!

Forgot about this one

Off slip from Westlink to boucher is chaotic at best especially around 8am - both lanes usually full and what some people do is scoot up the middle lane then dart left to get into the right lane

The other morning a TT decided to do this while the right hand lane was full and actaully into the left lane of the west link - nearly caused a horrific accident instead of abandoning his stupid move and going to the next exit and entering boucher from the far end

When the road is clear, its a blast as you say - or following someone who can drive - its a great road.

Its when you follow Nervous Nathan or Natalie who goes round every bend at 20mph and goes up to 40-50 on the straights.

Only a few places you can overtake safely. Thing is if you have a queue of cars behind slow-mo at the front and none willing to overtake, that's it - you're scuppered and going nowhere at a normal rate, let alone fast.

Doesn't matter if you've the fastest car on the road, you ain't getting past 3-4 cars on that road safely.

Really well
I've noticed it more and more lately. People sitting at lights stopped and I roll into them or can judge when they'll change and drive past them at 30mph etc. Soon as I pass them they are blasting through gears. Two types, one will fly past me going well above the limit and they're gone. Others seem to just want to get ahead of me then back to slowing down. I can't work out why at all.

Seem to be getting into bs lights out or off weather again too. Guy put his lights on the other night and actually pulled the switch (vw) for his rear fog 🤬 best of all one rear light was out, overtook him and the opposite front dipped was out.

The speed bumps in my estate are three across the road and the amount of people who insist on driving over the middle one into oncoming traffic is doing my head in. Driving out of the estate today and had to slam on the brakes to avoid a head-on with some whab in a Civic, then coming home there was an old dear in a Aygo coming towards me in the middle of the road, so I swerved into the middle as well and sh!t her up a bit. It was worth it for the look on her face though and I think I got my point across.

I’d be guilty of this - but only if nobody oncoming. With the three I’d put a wheel on left and centre hump so hitting the humps square on if you like, rather than only 2 wheels up on one hump.

Not today - still offshore ffs - but I've noticed over the last few years some amount of plebs starting off from traffic lights while the light is still red.

Why?

FFS, Just wait - if you're in that much of a rush, set off from home earlier.

Nutts corner last night, passing where the markets usually are. 2 cars in front accelerating up to 62mph thought happy days, get home quick enough. As soon as we get off the bit that has the overtaking lane the car in front slows to 48mph, brakes at every corner and every oncoming car 🤬
