If it’s well maintained and had the odd track day it’s likely fine.
it’s a m3. They get a kicking everywhere at some point. Better by someone that has warmed it up and maintained it, than someone from arboe sticking it around a junction 2 min after a cold start
Other way to look at it, if it was going to let go it would have by now, if on track. Long as it’s not burning oil

Edit: looked it up there. Needing new discs and pads adds a right bit to the cost straight away so overall strong enough money but maybe that's just the market now?
