Thought Lewis could have took a win today.
Think they should have pitted a bit earlier and he’d been closer to the leclerc but couldn’t live with the redbull of Perez at the safety car restart

Wtf were Ferrari asking Sainz to drop 10 cars behind Charles 
Chuffed for Sainz, some excellent racing between Lewis, Perez and Charles.
Stroke of luck for Perez with the safety car. Think Hamilton would have been 2nd or above if there wasn’t a SC, hopefully that’s a significant gap closed to Ferrari and Redbull now.

Awful crash at the start, glad everyone was ok. Like David said, it probably looked worse than it really was. But still, that was nasty.
Charles got royally @@@@ed over by Ferrari today. Both in the race, and then even more at that last safety car. It's like Maranello don't really want to win the championship.
I love Sainz and he thoroughly deserves a win. But not today, and not like this. But hey, it's racing and he's a racer. Ferrari had a different plan for him but he took the fresh tyres and just checked out on Charles. Fair play. But there will be words in that office tonight!
Good effort by Lewis. He'll be very pleased with that. No chance against the RB at the last safety car, but he just about brought it to Ferrari. Remains to be seen if it was mostly the track, or if the last upgrades worked better than they're letting on.
Max in a wounded RB, and still the others had trouble getting past on the straights. Even with DRS... Did anyone see what exactly he lost from the car that made such a big impact on performance that he thought he had a puncture? Or how he lost whatever it was that fell off? Didn't see anyone driving into him?
No idea what happened elsewhere

Amazing how fast Charles car was with damage and old hards at the end, and what a pass around copse.
Carlos very fortunate to get back in it, cracked under pressure from Max.
Max on the radio does amuse when he's crying like that, you damaged your car going wide at luftfields.

Could argue nobody had a great day, they all had their dramas at one time or another.
Great to have 3 different teams as close as that. Best race in a while.
Leclerc battling with Perez and Hamilton allowed Sainz to build that race winning gap.
