Aviation fuel, jet a1/avtur is actually closer to diesel. You can run a diesel on aviation fuel with a small bit of hydraulic oil mixed in as avtur doesn’t have the lubrication like diesel does.I've never read into it or researched it so this is a completely naive thing to suggest, but since we have access to aviation fuel, surely some sort of dilution ratio would be an alternative, like a 2 stroke hedge cutter or strimmer? adding 1 part aviation fuel to 10 parts super? something like that to get a higher ron number? I know it would be a technical exercise to work it out correctly, but maybe it would be worth mixing batches for those higher performance machines out there.
I have a close friend who would use it in his karts for racing.
